Gilded New York does not currently offer a formal warranty, but each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact Customer Care within 30 days, and we will assist you.

Returns can be made within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition with the original Gilded New York return tag securely attached. Items showing wear, damage, or missing the tag are not eligible. Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

Returns must be submitted through the Returns Portal on our website using your order number and email address. Once approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to you.

Yes. All returns are chargeable. Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund based on order value, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a $100 fee applies if a required diamond laboratory certificate is missing.

Gilded New York does not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, size, or finish, return your original purchase within 30 days and place a new order for the desired piece.

Once received, all returns are inspected under video surveillance. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days, minus applicable fees. Bank processing times may vary.

Only Gilded New York merchandise matching the original order can be accepted. Missing return tags, certificates, or incorrect items may result in the return being declined or additional fees applied.

No. Refunds are always issued based on the price paid at the time of purchase, regardless of future price changes.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or restricted locations.

Free shipping is offered on orders over $300, and a $12 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders under $300.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order is processed. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days, other items within 7–10 business days, and carrier transit usually takes 3–10 business days depending on location. Timing may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or inventory availability.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your Gilded New York account under Account or Order Status, or by creating an account with the same email used at checkout.

Yes. All shipments are fully insured while in transit through authorized carriers. Address changes after shipment are not permitted and may void insurance.

Yes. Jewelry is shipped in unbranded outer packaging with a Gilded New York jewelry box inside. You can also send gifts directly to recipients by entering their address at checkout. Boxes cannot be purchased or shipped separately, as they are only included with jewelry orders.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, first check with neighbors, building management, or the carrier. If it is still missing, contact Customer Care within 48 hours.

No. You may check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, save addresses, and receive updates.

Click Sign In / Create Account on our website and follow the prompts. If you checked out as a guest, create an account using the same email address to link your order history.

Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.

Log into your account to update your name, email, shipping details, or password.

Yes. Please contact Customer Care to request account deletion. Some order data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or update your preferences in your account settings. Transactional emails will still be sent as required.

Yes. Use our Ring Sizer guide page for tips on estimating size discreetly if you are purchasing a ring as a surprise. If the size isn’t correct, you may return the item following our Return Policy and place a new order for the correct size.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 30 minutes of checkout. After that window, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Processing: Order received and being prepared. Shipped: Order has left our facility and is in transit. Partially Shipped: Items are shipping separately. Delivered: Order has been delivered to the shipping address.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club), digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay), and Gilded New York gift cards. All payments are processed securely at checkout, even for items shipping later. One payment method is allowed per order, though gift cards can be combined with a card or digital wallet, and payment is charged immediately and cannot be changed once confirmed.

No additional processing fees are charged beyond the order total.

All transactions are processed via PCI-compliant payment providers, and Gilded New York never stores full card details.

If you notice unauthorized activity on your payment method or account, contact Customer Care immediately and notify your bank or payment provider.

Yes. Prices may fluctuate due to market, supply, or production factors. Once an order is placed, prices cannot be adjusted retroactively.

Yes. Enter valid promotion or discount codes at checkout before placing your order. Only one code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Codes cannot be combined, applied to gift cards, or added after checkout.

Gilded New York digital gift cards are delivered by email and are non-refundable. To redeem, enter the gift card code at checkout; any remaining balance can be paid with a card or digital wallet.

Yes. Diamonds (natural or lab-grown) and gold are built for daily wear. Avoid lotions, chemicals, intense workouts, or swimming, and clean your pieces weekly for lasting shine.

Yes. Most items are nickel-free and skin-safe. Solid 10KT/14KT gold or sterling silver is recommended for sensitive skin. Individual sensitivities vary, so we recommend checking comfort when trying new jewelry.

Use our Ring Sizer page for guidance. You can measure a ring you already own by checking its inside diameter, or measure your finger at home with soft tape or a strip of paper, then note the length in millimeters.

If you are between ring sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort, especially with wider bands or taller settings.

Yes. Wider bands may feel tighter than slimmer designs, so sizing up is often more comfortable.

Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or using lotions and perfumes. Wipe pieces gently after wear and store them separately to avoid scratches. Diamonds are durable but should be cleaned every 1–2 weeks, and prongs and settings checked occasionally to keep them secure.

Soak your jewelry in warm water with mild soap for 10–15 minutes, gently brush with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, abrasive cleaners, and ultrasonic cleaning unless recommended by a jeweler.
