Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or other restricted locations.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders that are valued over $300
For orders valued below $300, we offer a flat rate shipping at $8

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Order processing times are estimates and begin once your order is processed in our system.

  • In-stock items: typically ships within 1–3 business days
  • Other items: typically ships within 7–10 business days

Processing times may vary due to inventory availability, order volume, holidays, or unforeseen operational factors.

Estimated carrier transit time after shipment is 3–10 business days, depending on location. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is packed and scanned by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking activity may take several hours to update after carrier pickup.

You may also track your order by logging into your GILDED account and navigating to My Orders, or creating an account using the same email address used at checkout if you purchased as a guest.

Shipping Insurance

All GILDED shipments are fully insured while in transit through authorized carriers. We take responsibility for loss, theft, or transit-related damage occurring before confirmed delivery.

For your protection, we cannot change the delivery address once an order has shipped. Rerouting packages through the carrier may void transit insurance

Packaging & Discreet Delivery

Orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded outer packaging that does not display jewelry branding, product value, or contents. Jewelry is packaged in a GILDED jewelry box designed for safekeeping.

Delivery Issues

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors, building management, or reception; look for a delivery notice from the carrier; or contact the carrier directly for confirmation. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact GILDED Customer Care. All shipments are insured, and we will assist with next steps.

Please report any delivery discrepancies or damaged items to GILDED Customer Care within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date to ensure a timely insurance claim

Gifting & Alternate Addresses

You may ship an order directly to a recipient by entering their delivery address at checkout. GILDED supports gifting for celebrations, milestones, and meaningful occasions.
