Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

Returns may be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original, resalable condition, with the original Gilded New York return tag securely attached to the piece.

Items received without the original return tag attached cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at an additional shipping cost.

Removal, alteration, or damage of the return tag signifies acceptance of the item and voids eligibility for return.

Items showing any signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

The return tag is designed to ensure each piece remains in pristine condition for every client.

Exchanges are not offered. Please return your item and place a new order. Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

To begin a return, please use the Returns Portal available on our website.
Enter your order number and email address, and submit your request.
Once received, we will generate a return shipping label and send it to you via email.

 

Return Fees:

All returns are chargeable.
Only return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Additionally, any shipping costs that were charged at the time of purchase will also be deducted from the refund.
A $100 fee will be applied if any laboratory certificate is missing from the return.

Refunds:

All returns are carefully inspected under video surveillance upon receipt.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and inspection. If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated immediately to the original payment method.

Please note: the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, and may vary by payment method.

Items received without the original return tag attached or showing signs of wear will not qualify for a refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
